Horses like Pita come once in a lifetime. Her red roan coat gleams like copper. She is a beautiful mover loaded with talent. I have been a part of her life from the beginning. Pita grew up in a herd environment on 60 acres of rolling pasture with big trees for shade and ponds for drinking. This versatile mare has competed in ranch trail, ranch roping, ranch cutting, team sorting, halter, showmanship, hunt seat, hunter over fences, and dressage! Her athletic ability shows with a big stop, fast-turnaround and smooth cadenced gaits. She was an asset to my riding lesson program and was enjoyed by riders of all levels and ages. Pita has been extensively trail ridden. She has been to the Shawnee National Forest and The Mark Twain National Forest. She navigates steep hills, water, ditches, and logs with ease. Pita is sure footed and mindful of her feet. She will happily go anywhere you point her on a loose rein. She can be ridden bareback and bridle less.
She is great with all sorts of obstacles including balls, tarp, bridges, gates, and log dragging. It is a pleasure having Pita in the barn. She is always eager to greet you. I am excited for Pita’s next chapter in life. She has great bone, feet and stands 15 hands. Radiographs, Vet Examination/Pre- Purchase Exam, proof of vaccination and Certificate of soundness are on file with the vet for examination.
