Looking for that perfect gentleman of a gelding? Here's your guy! Viper is an overall good citizen. He has been shown in 4H, open shows, ridden english, western and has seen many miles of trails. He is perfect for the farrier, loads, baths, stands tied and gets along well with others. His gaits are smooth and cadenced. Viper moves nicely off of your legs, neck reins, side passes, backs, and has a 360 turn for the horsemanship or ranch riding classes. Trail class obstacles including gates, logs, bridges, back throughs, and dragging are a breeze. He sets up like a pro for the showmanship class and holds a pivot foot like a rockstar in his turns. Viper is safe for all ages and levels of riders. He stands quietly to be mounted either from the ground or a step.
Viper is fearful of clippers around his face and ears. Scissors and a face razor are tolerable to him with words of encouragement. When catching him in the stall or pasture, he will turn away from you. But with a cookie in your hand, he' be your best friend and is happy for you to put the halter on.
